About the organisation 

SPCA Invercargill Centre is the Southland branch of a national organisation dedicated to animal welfare. 

The non-profit organisation provides support for animals found sick, injured, neglected or abandoned. 

What the grant went towards 

The ILT Foundation granted SPCA Invercargill Centre $25,217 towards the purchase of a fit-for-purpose vehicle for use by its animal welfare inspector Hannah Dennison, which is to be based at the SPCA Invercargill facility.
